DOCKAGE AGREEMENT
For and in consideration of
the payment of rental and other charges set forth in the rate schedule,
LEAMINGS MARINA INC., hereinafter referred to as “OPERATOR” hereby leases to
the tenant whose name is subscribed hereto a boat slip or space for the season
commencing the first day of April, 2010 and ending the first day of November,
2010.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Tenant shall strictly comply
with all the rules and regulations for occupancy of operator’s premises, which
rules and regulations are hereinafter, set forth.

signed by tenant and a $600.00 deposit must be paid before this slip agreement
is valid.

construct thereon any lockers, chests, cabinets, stair ramps or similar
structures except with permission of the operator. There shall be no rugs
nailed to docks or bulkheads.
17. All boats must be removed
from slips no later than November 1 unless prior approval has been given by the
operator, any vessel remaining in a slip after November 1 will be charged a
daily slip rental of $25.00 per day. Any vessel remaining in a slip after

right to terminate the slip agreement if tenant or their guests use load or
abusive language, or cause a disturbance to the other dockage customers.
